FAQ
Are resistance bands actually as effective as weights?
Yes — and in some ways more so. Studies show resistance bands can produce comparable strength gains to free weights, with less joint strain. They create what's called "accommodating resistance" — the tension increases as you stretch the band, which matches your muscle's natural strength curve better than a fixed weight. The difference is you'll actually use them, because there's no gym required.
Will these bands snap?
This is the number one concern — and a fair one. Cheap latex bands do snap. The DropSet Kit uses heavy-duty TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) tubing, which is significantly more durable. Each band is rated to 50lbs individually, and they're designed to be stacked. If you follow the included guide on how to use them correctly, snapping is extremely unlikely.
I don't know what exercises to do. Will I figure it out?
Every kit comes with an exercise guide covering full-body workouts. We also recommend following along with free YouTube channels like Heather Robertson or SELF for band-specific routines — there are hundreds of free workouts designed exactly for this kit.
How long does shipping take?
We ship to the UK and internationally. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
What if I don't like it?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it's not for you, contact us and we'll sort a full refund — no questions asked.
Which resistance level should I choose?
If you're not sure, the 200lb kit is our most popular and works for the vast majority of people. It gives you enough range to train light on recovery days and heavy when you want to push. Most people never need more than this.
Do I need any other equipment?
No. The kit includes handles, ankle straps, a door anchor, and a storage bag. All you need is a door and some floor space.
